mars-nwe now in experimental

I've just uploaded mars-nwe 0.99pl12-1 to Debian's experimental section.
(in the project/experimental directory within a few days).

Kim, I fixed most of the problems you told me about back in May.
This upstream source is from July, thanks to Ilya for the pointer.

It's experimental because it still won't die. I killed -9 all the things
and ended up with a zombie nwconn. There are a couple of package bugs
too. I also observed some other weird things; I logged in as SUPERVISOR
from a Windows 95 machine which was running the standard Microsoft
Netware client (not Client32); when I double-clicked the SYS volume,
I saw my linux /dev directory! So proceed with care.

I'll also upload it to
ftp://ftp.rising.com.au/pub/hamish/mars-nwe_0.99pl12-1_i386.deb
