Call for resolution (was Re: Qt license change)

<sigh> Another important event, another excuse for a flame war. Can we
please get some resolution here? Could some developer we all know and trust
to understand every wrinkle of the DFSG take a look at the license and post
their conclusion as to whether it is:

1. DFSG complient
2. Compatable with KDE and GPL

I'd like to nominate James Troup. (If you don't mind, James - I know you had
a long night last night.) He's probably found more flaws in more copyrights
than any other debian developer.
