Right, I packaged the pgcc package that was in the development release of
hamm, however I asked it to be pulled before hamm got released because it
was very very old at the time (i.e. I packaged it in August 97, then went to
Israel, no one picked it up so by the time Hamm release was coming around
(while I was still in .il and unable to package stuff), I asked for it to be
removed).  I never got around to packaging one based on egcs.  In reality,
the need for a pgcc package is much less now than it used to be, as egcs is
good about incorporating the stable features that pgcc has.
