Intent to package DCE RPC runtime/devel Kit 1.1

This is the Linux port of OSF's public domain 1.1 DCE library. For those
of you familiar with DCE, this is not the 1.2x source which cannot be
distributed as source or binaries, nor does it contain any cryptographic
code (kerberos, secure rpc, des or otherwise). The copyright is included
below and seems to me to qualify as a 'main' package. This package
contains the idl compiler, the dce.rpcd endpoint mapper daemon, dce
libraries and includes suitable for developing DCE applications, even ones
that can interoperate with the current DCE sources.

The way I was planning on setting this up was 2 packages, libdce1(libs)
and libdce1-dev(devel). The runtime will contain the libdce.so.1.x
libraries and dce.rpcd endpoint mapper suitable for running apps developed
with the second package (the runtime requires the endpoint mapper, the
library is no good without it). The dev package will contain the idl
compiler, static libs and headers, It will be dependant on c-compiler and
make (since the idl uses these). The reason for the '1' is that if the DCE
1.2x source ever get's a license that would allow even limited
distribution then the runtime and libararies may need to conflict.

There are several reasons for this, the main one is that there will need
to be some leeway since I personally doubt that DCE 1.2x will be able to
upgrade right over 1.1 seemlessly. If this isn't the case and they are
upgradable then i will keep with the libdce1 package name, but I am
thinking ahead to save myself from possible headaches later on.

Currently this source works with sparc (which I have compiled), i386
(compiled as well) and alpha(not tried). If others feel like porting it, I
will be more than happy to maintain the patches with the source. Arch
specific files are very well seperated from the rest of the source, so it
is only matter of adding the new files as oppsed to searching for every
tiny diff.

thanks
