I saw this problem. On my system /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/locale/ had been
removed during the X11-package reorganization. Reinstalling xlib6g -7
restored locale/ and netscape3 began working again. One of the inst or rm
scripts in some version (-6 I think) was renaming locale/ and not replacing
it. -7 didn't completely recover from the damage in -6, but may install on
a non-X or hamm system without problem. If someone installs fresh or
upgrades from hamm this should be checked off and the bug downgraded.
People running unstable/ want problems like this, right?
