apt pulling my leg?
What's going on here:

Since I'm on an expensive dialup I didn't want to see how far it
would go ;-). After interrupting and running it again, it started
at 0 again and this time it stopped at 100%.
Is it apt being inapt (am I funny today, or what?) or is it
somehing else?
