The missing source package was my fault.  The idea was to have a
slang0.99.38 and a slang1 package so that recompilation was not
required.  Unfortunately both packages have their source as "slang"
which means that the source package is replaced on an upload of either
package.  

I can re-upload both packages so that the sources won't conflict.
Ideally all packages should be moving to slang1 anyway - but it is not
as well tested and a lot of the core (e.g. boot floppies) depends on
it.
