Why shows www.debian.org Developmentcorner

  Hi,

  Is there a special reason that http://www.debian.org (and my local mirror
  http:/www.nl.debian.org start up on the Developers corner.

  This is in lynx and netscape (so not necessairy html 4.0 related).
