	This prevents it from going in main or contrib.  But non-free is
not bundled into anything (not a CD for instance).  This topic has come up
before. If you want to clarify the situation, ask the upstream author
whether packaging it and putting it on an ftp-site constitutes 'bundling'
, and ask for a statement about it to be included in the license.
