I don't understand. You mean another dummy vote for the
constitution? It won't be any diffret functionally than a vote on
steak, right?
What else do you want to test? All the constitution does is
specify the rights and powers fo the developers, etc, and the only
thing new is the General resolution protocol and the tech committee.
You think one of those should eb tested?
