As far as I can tell, vmailer should handle an NFS mounted mail spool
no worse than any other MTA. Mail queues must not be shared: the queue
manager _is_ the exclusion mechanism.
The concensus I see forming here is a new, dynamic user id, with a name
of 'vmailer', in the group 'vmailer', created if needed at install time.
