	Well, if not policy, its at least non-standard. 'mocka' would be
ok. Or I thought 'mma' for 'mocka modula-2 compiler', kind of like 'gnu C
compiler'.  btw. The maintainer who said he could give me the backend
generator, has not written back, so I may have to put it in non-free :( .
But I'll wait awhile.
	I am going to upload another 'm2c'.  I thought it deserves to be
just plain 'm2c' because it is the only modula compiler I could find that
was designed to be (DFSG) free.
	Also I am disappointed to find that calling conventions and
filename extensions and possibly more are very different on the different
modula-2 compilers.
