The Debian Project Manual (was: The Debian History Document)

The Debian History Document has been updated and renamed the Debian
Project Manual,  because it fills the description of the manual as listed
on the webpage of the Debian Documentation Project.

The current version has been moved to debiandoc-sgml -- an html copy is
viewable at http://master.debian.org/~lowe/history/ and an sgml copy
is available at the same location in the file "history.sgml".

If anyone has more information to add,  please send it to lowe@debian.org.
