"Intent" to package V.E.R.A

Hi!

As my first exercise in packaging, I packaged "V.E.R.A.", an info file
containing a list of computer acronyms.

I see V.E.R.A. in the "wishlist"-section of the prospective
packages. As soon as I'm established as a proper Debian maintainer,
you may expect an upload, unless someone else already packaged the
thing.
