Intent to package JPython

I intend to package JPython, as soon as the licensing issues are
resolved. To compile JPython's grammar, you need the non-free
JavaCC. Furthermore, jpython currently seems to have problems with
kaffe. Therefore I intend to install jpython in contrib.
