Eterm && eplus

I've found that I've been spending too much time on work and not enough
on Debian. It doesn't look like I'll have time to package everything
I've got, so I'm dropping Eterm and plans to package eplus.
Please list Eterm as needing a new maintainer and drop that I'm going to
package eplus.
