Intent to package: zicq

zICQ is a ncurses-based ICQ replacement. Like micq, licq etc, it
uses the ICQ protocol so you may talk to your ICQ-using friends.
zICQ is based on mICQ.

Currently zICQ has 3 developers, and I'm one of them, so I will
package it. It's under the GPL.

Kent (the third of the 3 developers) is so enthusiastic that I
would dare say zicq will be the first ICQ-clone to support file
transfers ;-)
