Maybe Karl could ask the author to include a phrase to the effect "You
may not distribute benchmarks from derived works without clearly and
prominently indicating that the work is not lmbench".

However, the second exception, about not selling the results, is also
a good reason to put this in non-free, so maybe it's not worth wasting
time trying to fix the first problem.
