Since bo and hamm are not compatible (although you can easily upgrade
from a bo to a hamm machine) this is a problem.
Still there's the possibility to purchase a bo cd if the particular
company should not have one at all.

Normally this is not needed since there normally are not that severe
changes to the release. This means: hamm and slink are compatible,
hamm and what comes after slink will be, too.
There are at least two servers that still ship bo:
