Lintian problem

I don't understand Lintian's problem, even with the -i option. queso.conf 
is in conffiles, "dpkg --status" sees it, the package seems OK (it 
installs queso.conf, it removes it in "dpkg --purge", not in "dpkg 
--remove", it warns of a conflict when upgrading if the file have been 
modified), so what?
