Bug#24881: general: dists/hamm/powerpc is incomplete, unfunctional and out of date

Since the hamm powerpc stuff is not working at all, is missing important
packages (libg glibc), is out of date and is incompatible to slink I 
suggest removing it to prevent confusion. People have tried and will try 
to use it, which will not work at all. For powerpc slink is the only option.
