If you have an NT Qt License, you're free to port KDE to NT and distribute
the resulting sources (not Qt sources, of course) and binaries as you see
fit (at least as far as Troll is concerned).

[Hmmm...  I wonder if I can work any other acronyms into that sentance. :-]
