wnpp stale? perl's dbd unsupported?

The prospective packages page hasn't been updated since June 23. Anyone
know why this is?

The page is rather large and has not even a top-level table of contents.
Perhaps this reflects a structural overload?

I'm trying to find out about the status of the pg and csv dbd drivers.
[Currently, the only dbd drivers for perl are msql, mysql and xbase --
all in non-free, all of which have been around for a while.] Anyone
know about these dbd drivers? [Or other drivers which could plausiblty
eventually wind up in main?]
