I'd like to give up a few packages.

  perl-tk (any of the perl-related maintainers interested?)
  scm (Jim, were you going to take this when you took slib?)
  swisswatch (Didn't someone offer to take this before?)

swisswatch should be trivial, so it's appropriate for a new
maintainer.  The others might need someone a little more experienced,
or at least someone ready to work a little harder, though there aren't
any serious problems with any of them.
