netstat broken netbase 3.06-1

Hi all,

When I upgraded my system, I noticed that netstat -i reports.

Kernel Interface table
Iface   MTU Met  RX-OK RX-ERR RX-DRP RX-OVR  TX-OK TX-ERR TX-DRP TX-OVR
Flags
: unknown interface.
: unknown interface.
: unknown interface.

I called up a friend and he upgraded netbase and his system
also reported the same misbehavior.  For networking admins this
could be a serious bug.

Anyway, I will write a bug report about this
