As the profiles are just text files that are used by dpkg like:
	cat ${file} | dpkg --set-selections
it is easy to add that "description" line as the first line of the profile 
file. Then the pkgsel tool may read the first line of each file found in a
"lib" directory (/usr/lib/pkgsel , say) to build its profiles list,
and "tail ... |dpkg ..." will do the rest.
