Intent to package: Gambit-C and MIT-Scsh
I've packaged `Gambit-C': http://www.iro.umontreal.ca/~gambit/
release 2.7. I emailed its author, asking for permission, and he
replied, saying that he's about to release 3.0 in a few days. I will
upgrade to that, and make a Debian release then.
I've also packaged `scsh', which is based on Scheme48. I've asked
the authors for an Ok, and am still waiting for a response.
Q: How do I upload them, since they are new packages, and `hamm' has
been frozen?
