I think it is much better to set the address to:

  Debian QA Group <debian-qa@lists.debian.org>

Unlike "(orphaned)", this is a valid address (so bugreports won't be
lost in the void), and it will get sorted with the other debian-qa
packages in the bug system's overview lists.
