Intent to package sound-recorder 0.03

Hello,

I am new in maintaining debian-packages. I have written sound-recorder which
is also on the list of want-to-have packages in the debian distribution. So I
want to give it a try myself.

I have read all (i hope) documentation on how to package an application. The
result was indeed a deb-package.

I installed OK when i tested it.
