I don't know if the debian cdroms have special requirements, but on a
"normal" cdrom there is space for 650MB (where MB = 1048576, so room for
681574400 bytes). This includes any overhead for the iso9660 filesystem
(filesizes rounded up to 2kB blocks, for example, although that only
makes a significant difference for many small files).
