xinetd had been removed by Brian White on Sunday.  I u/l a new version that
had bug fixes.  However, has it was *only* a debian version increase, source
wasn't uploaded.  I just copied the source from project/orphaned to Incoming,
and moved the files from REJECT/ to Incoming.  Hopefully dinstall will catch
it the next time it runs.

I hope that not too many were caught by this, and thought that they would have
to re-upload the source(big in some cases).

ps:  Is it possible to run dinstall on a individual package upload?  I tried
  running dinstall, and it couldn't write to its log files.
