They should be installed in the new unstable, as soon as Guy choose a new
Toy Story character for it (or whatever) and creates the symlinks

frozen -> hamm
unstable -> newcodename

And yes, we will be allowed to upload new packages to *unstable* now that
hamm is no longer unstable but frozen.
