Re: About the Hamm Freeze

Hi,

	Well, so how are we handling Incoming? Previously, on freeze,
 Incoming was made unwritable, and the queue was flushed. That
 marked the real freeze.  When Incoming was again made RW, packages
 were expected to use frozen to get into frozen.

	It made a nice, clean, demarcation. Now I no longer know which
 packages, if any, to re-upload.

	A clarification shall be appreciated.
