Some tell me it's supposed to read 'frozen unstable' in the changelog, 
not 'frozen'.  Can I get the word?  I suppose that 'frozen unstable' 
means distribution in both 'frozen' and the *new* 'unstable'.

BTW, what's the code word for the new unstable?
