Imlib and the freeze

I'd really like E-term to go into Debian 2.0 but Shaleh, the Imlib
maintainer-to-be, hasn't released it yet. He mentioned that he planned
to issue imlib 1.1 and enlightenment 13.3 as packages before the freeze
but I've not heard from him since. I have a fully functional, clean
non-maintainer release ready to go since I've needed it to build Eterm.
Should I just upload that tomorrow if he doesn't show up?
