Not always. A not uncommon setup is that of a home user who dials into his
isp to surf and his office to work. How does Windows deal with this?

Yes, that comes first. Our first priority must be to get them on the Net
with minimum hassle. However, I would like to make at least the most common
multiprovider arrangements easy. Perhaps a scheme whereby one provider is
designated as primary?
