socksified libc

Hi all!

What do you think of socksifying glibc, either doing it with standard
libc6 or building a new package libc6-socks?

With this we would have at one moment all networking applications
socksified. It would not be necessary to socksify all these
programms.

This is the way the Windows people did it. They just change the
TCP-Stack and all programms can use SOCKS.
