Something is very wrong with this group

A while back, Brian advertised that the "Deity" project needed more
programmers. Nobody has volunteered. However, many of the non-volunteers
have been putting a tremendous lot of energy into picking out a _name_ for
the program. There are signs of an attitude problem here.

Debian has traditionaly placed decisions in the hands of the people who
are doing the work. The duration and volume of this naming debate leads
me to think that a lot of you have time on your hands that you could
better spend on additional packages or other more productive work.

Frankly, any name that isn't offensive would do. Most users will get to
this program by clicking a menu entry that says "Install Software".
Spending a lot of time on this is not helping get Debian 2.0 out.
