Somehow in updating machines running the hamm distribution I have
ended up with a symbolic link from
/usr/lib/xemacs/site-lisp-20/debian-changelog-mode.el to 
	  /usr/lib/emacs/site-lisp/debian-changelog-mode.el
but this file does not exist.  Could someone please tell me what I
should do to get a debian-changelog-mode usable with xemacs-20?  I
can't seem to find what package the debian-changelog-mode.el files are 
in.
