It would be good for libc5-altdev to Suggest altgcc. It's unusual for
dev packages to suggest a compiler, but I think this is a special case.
Also, should altgcc be in oldlibs? It's only useful with the dev
packages in oldlibs, and can't be installed on a pure libc6 system.
