new jove editor package
I have packaged the jove editor, this is an emacs clone that is very
light (take about 150kb). Still it has filename completion, multiple
windows/buffers, some predefined editor modes (but no lisp), and all
the usual emacs keybinding.
It is a very good choice for people that do not want to switch between emacs
and vi.
If nobody object, I will upload it this week to unstable.
