	That is true, because pgp2.6.3i is needed for backwards

	Stop the FUD. That is an _optional_ feature, if you want
	you can enable it -- if you don't, then _don't_.
	
	All it does is this: whenever you encrypt something, it
	encrypts it so that it is readable by one certain key also.
	You could use this mechanism to make sure you yourself can
	access messages you encrypt for others.
