Intent to package gap (math)

	I have nearly finished packaging gap. (I need to write a manpage)
Gap is an interactive mathmatics package, mostly for group theory.  It is
GPL'd . http://www.ccs.neu.edu/mirrors/GAP/

	mupad is packaged. I am waiting to hear from the authors before
uploading.
