You are correct. I don't know why I missed this during pre-release
testing.

At the console these keys work fine. The previous version, compiled
against ncurses, worked fine (even in an xterm). Is it possible that this
is a slang problem?

I do not understand the differences in key bindings on an xterm and those
at the console, so I'm not sure where to look for this problem. The fact
that shift F10 works just fine suggests that it is not function keys in
general that are "broken".

I am open to any suggestions that other developers may have in this
reguard.

Thanks for your time,

Dwarf
