Consultants/Tech support

Hi,

	some time ago Bruce nounced the discussion about consultants
was moving to another debian mailing list. I tried to subscribe but
nothing happened... can someone tell me how to do it?

	BTW, is not the first time I can't subscribe to a list...
I tried multiple times to send subsciption to 
debian-devel-announce-request and debian-announce-request and nothing
happened. Ciao.
