Make it an option maybe, off by default... or *maybe* a
package-maintainer initialized flag? I've *never* found useful
information in an all-config-files bug report for X (and there are a
half dozen in the archive -- most of which are either obvious to
duplicate, or unfixable, in either case the config files don't help :-)
