So maybe we should make a doc from the comments in the master database. I
don't promise anything, but I'll have a look. If I get a bright idea, I'll
tell.

1. This doesn't seem to have the master version (with OTxx entries).
2. Anyway, a reasonable doc would seem to be
grep -v '^\t' termtypes.tc # (or .ti, should be identical)
