Which is the bug here? They are examples of executables!

Hi, this is a list manager! (like majordomo). These files *have* to
belong to the user "list".

Hey! If you do not edit your automatically-generated bug reports before
submitting them, I will have to submit a bug about your package (now that
you uploaded it ;-)  "It does not know when a non-root owner is dictated
by the package policy or it is an error, and report it as a bug anyway".
