New stylesheets for DocBook DTD available

Hi!

There are new stylesheets from Norm for the DocBook DTD available (Version
0.94). I can't upload them to master now, because I've no information
about the copyright from the author 8-(

But for testing purposes there are now available from my homepage:
http://www.oche.de/~leutloff/debian/packages/
