Some people prefer to see multiple messages on the same bug presented
in reverse chronological order (the present system -- optimized for
people who check on the reports frequently).  Some people prefer to
see multiple messages on the same bug presented in forward chronological
order (optimized for the person visiting a large number of bug reports
infrequently).  It's possible to convert between the two orders
using a simple program.
